2. Apply a partner-library card
(1) Apply in person: Fill out a form at Library service desk.
(2) Require a guarantor to sign your application form. (The person who acts as guarantor must be our faculty, staff or student.)
(3) Bring the Library Card and registry form when you borrow and return items.
(4) You should return the items to partner libraries within 30 days, and return the Library Card and registry form to our Library within 40 days. No renewal for both. (Notice: the loan period of National Taiwan University Library is 3 weeks.)
(5) To avoid fines, be sure to return items by the due date.
