[Announcement] NTSU Library Learning & Sports Project for Students (May–June)

Event Goals:

Electronic Resource Exploration Market

May 6 (Wed) & May 7 (Thu), 2026, 10:00 - 16:00.  Location: NTSU Library.

This event invited several electronic resource vendors to provide on-site guidance, helping students quickly master various academic resources.

1.EBSCO(May 6): SPORTDiscus with Full Text、EBSCO Databases
2.Airiti(May 6): Journals Academic Full-Text Database- Airiti Library、Symskan similarity checker system
3.Taylor & Francis(May 6): Taylor & Francis SSH (Social Sciences & Humanities Collection) and e-books
4.Winjoin Book Co.(May 6): Human Kinetics Library ebooks, acdemic videos and journals、Foreign-language paperback books on sports
5.Shou Ray Information Service(May 7): Endnote Bibliographic Management Tool
6.FlySheet Information(May 7): Kono Libraries E-magazines、APA PsycARTICLES with Full Text
7.TBMC(May 7): Digital Dissertation Consortium (DDC)

Prizes: Participation gift for everyone.

Prizes to Students: Visit 2+ booths to enter a daily lucky draw. Those who visit 5+ booths over two days can enter a grand draw for wireless mice and power banks.

NTSU Electronic Resource Quiz

May 1 – May 31 & June 1 – June 30, 2026.

Each month, five questions will be based on the university library’s electronic resources. Those who answer all questions correctly can enter a lucky draw.

E-book Borrowing Champion

May 1 –  June 30, 2026.

E-books can be accessed anytime, anywhere—making it easy for faculty, staff, and students to keep up their reading habits. To participate, log in to the iRead eBooks platform via “Member Login.” Both “Download for Reading” and “Read Online” can be calculated.

Prizes to Students:  Top 15 users (with at least 10 books borrowed) receive a NT$200 gift voucher. Bonus: Share a 50-word book review on the library’s Facebook Instagram for a chance to win a wireless mouse.
