Is there a fee to redeem a ticket?
The voucher code covers the ticket price, but a system processing fee of NT$20 is still required for each ticket.
Can I print my e-ticket as a paper ticket?
Yes. However, if you choose to collect your ticket at a convenience store, an additional convenience-store service fee of NT$30 per ticket applies, in addition to the NT$20 system processing fee.
Can I change or refund a redeemed ticket? What happens if a game is postponed?
Once a voucher code has been redeemed, the ticket cannot be changed or refunded. If a game is postponed, the ticket remains valid for the rescheduled game; it cannot be exchanged for another game or a different seat. For e-tickets, the system will automatically update the ticket date to the rescheduled game date. If you have printed a paper ticket, keep it safe and present the original ticket on the rescheduled game day. You may take any available seat within the Insider Section zone printed on the ticket.
Where else can I participate besides the university library?
You may also participate at public libraries in Taipei City, New Taipei City, and Taoyuan City. The book-borrowing and ticket voucher requirements may differ. Please refer to the campaign information on the Reading MVP Facebook page for details.
Can I sell my ticket vouchers? Who should I contact if I have questions?
These vouchers are provided for charitable purposes and may not be sold. For questions about the campaign or the ticket redemption process, please contact the Reading MVP Facebook page. For voucher collection at NTSU, please contact the Library service desk.
